.3/5/2008 4:26:00 PMThe benefit package does not provide adequate service to long term consumers esp for CSS
.3/6/2008 4:26:00 PMOPC is always pleasant to work with, especially around authorizations. In terms of penetration for special groups such as SPMI clients, we recently had some difficulty getting an SPMI client authorized for a full stay at FBCS although the client was in psychiatric crisis and was homeless. However, this is not the norm. As we are getting more and more SPMI clients, we may need some more days of FBCS authorized. We also have had some difficulty understanding the type of OP service that a client is being referred to (Psych or SA groups) We are still in the process of clarifying how STR staff can let us know the type of OP a client needs without violating SA confidentiality rules.
.3/11/2008 3:53:00 PMThere is not a telephone list and you don't know who to contact regarding different issues.
.3/11/2008 8:25:00 PMMany of our clients have Medicare only and need ongoing community support services. The IPRS benefit plan does not allow for this.
.3/12/2008 11:51:00 PMCSS benefit package for adults seems very limited. I know funding is very scarce and you're probably doing the best you can. But for many consumers, this is so vital a service!
