.3/5/2008 4:24:00 PMOPC holds too tightly to the standards of the way OPC feels services should be done and is not always open to new ideas. There is too much dictation from OPC that doesn't occur with other LMEs.
.3/6/2008 3:37:00 PMI woudl like to see some trainings on professional behavior while at work. The training on boundarioes was very good. I think it would be helpful to have a training on how to remain professional while dealing with clients with difficult/demanding needs and under otger challenging circumstances.
.3/11/2008 3:48:00 PMCommunication is an issue and there must be better or more detailed information from opc that effects our services we provide. Just sending emails is not enough, there should be a typed detailed email and direct us to the right person to ask questions.
.3/11/2008 8:20:00 PMIt troubles me that we have trainings on "how to do a corrective action plan" and very little about delivering quality services.
.3/12/2008 7:54:00 PMexcellent trainings and staff follow-up
.3/17/2008 9:25:00 PMThis agency also receives solid technical assistance and support from Cheryl Moran and Cim Brailer at the LME outside of the provider relations staff.
