5.3/6/2008 3:33:00 PMWe have had some difficulty getting paid for bills submitted more than 48 days ago. I believe Freedom House is currently owed several hundred thousand dollars in billing.

7.3/11/2008 8:01:00 PMI do not understand how the contracting process works regarding non-UCR funding and how some agencies receive funding and others do not. The process is not transparent.
8.3/12/2008 11:47:00 PMI'm not the person who has dealt with financial matters. I know that this has been a problem for my agency as there have been discrepancies over what has been billed.
9.3/17/2008 1:37:00 PMClaims are not processed in 48 days on average. Requests for info (about past due claims) are not always responded to quickly.
10.3/26/2008 2:39:00 PMClaims are processed in a spadic fashion. Claims are often denied do to system errors. Staff are accomodating in trying to resolve issues.
