Office Assistant IV in Chapel Hill. The primary purpose of this position is to provide billing for all program components, including discussing with clients or responsible parties any issues with their financial accounts. The position also provides support to programs and public contact with interns and clients. This position provides primary coverage at the clinical appointment desk. Will perform transcription duties. High School diploma or its equivalency, plus 2 years of clerical experience required; as well as excellent computer and office skills. CFAC Liaison [Administrative Assistant II (15-20 hrs/wk)] in Chapel Hill. This position provides administrative support to Consumer and Family Advisor Committee (CFAC). Will maintain suggested agenda; complete, maintain, and distribute approved meeting minutes; process stipend payments and other committee expenses; insure new committee members receive needed orientation. Will also serve as a member of the Area Quality Improvement Committee representing the interests of the CFAC; will summarize AQIC meetings for the CFAC. Case Manager II (2 positions) in Chapel Hill. Provide a variety of services to children and families who are faced with severe stress, chaos, and emotional instability. Clinical Social Worker (3 positions) in Durham. This position will provide outpatient mental health treatment to children and their families. Treatment will include individual, family and group therapy. Appointments will be conducted either in the office or in the community. This position may conduct intake assessments. Speech and Language Therapist in Hillsborough. Provide therapy to children with special needs, ages birth to five, in the home based and center based programs. For the children in the PACT program, provides consultative services to children and families, and serves as a consultant for the other therapists who work with the child and family. For the children in the developmental day center, is responsible for completing screenings for children to determine the need for speech services and/or for evaluating children needing speech language services at the time of enrollment (and at least annually thereafter). Is responsible for planning, preparing, and implementing individual and small group therapy for children identified as needing speech language therapy, as well as assisting PACT staff, developmental day classroom staff, and regular day care staff in implementing activities which emphasize language development, and may assist in mealtime activities or consultation to enhance oral-motor development. STAR/Call Center Representative (2 positions) in Chapel Hill. This position is primarily responsible for completing screenings and triage for all individuals seeking services; determining the urgency of clinical need; and authorizing appropriate clinical treatment as indicated by clinical screening. Will refer individuals to services and enroll them into the system using appropriate computer software. Will maintain a small caseload of individuals for which they will issue routine authorizations for basic benefits(i.e. outpatient therapies).
